Graduate studio, “Jabberwocky: Or, the Grafting of Edges”

Critic: Peter Macapia.  "The studio involved intensive research in methodological problems of design, investigating types of relationships between surfaces and edges by generating material and geometrical techniques of “grafting”.  Formal operations paralleled investigation of program, defined as a set of events embedded in the geometry of the edge and its performative logic as an instance of the graft.  Program: multi-use:  theater, conference space and hotel."
